I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your restaurant manager, Ellen Hale on 3rd July 2017. I made a special request of Ms. Hale to coordinate a very important dinner request and unusual payment arrangement for one of our employees; who happened to be vacationing in Tampa. She immediately identified a solution (buying a gift card for the guest to pick up). In addition, she also recommended a lovely bottle of wine to be delivered to the table. Unfortunately, the guest decided he wanted to go to Café Alfresco as he has been there in the past. Ms. Hale responded promptly, and smoothly coordinated the change with a manager at Café Alfrasco. Our employee had a fabulous time.
I am really pleased with the customer care exhibited by your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just having a nice dinner.
