Gourmet Food and Wine Society Chaine des Rotisseurs Hosted at the Restaurant

In June of 1979, Bon Appétit hosted the Tampa-Sun Coast Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, a French gourmet society founded in 1248.

Bon Appétit was chosen to host 1 of 4 dinners per year for the society to attend featuring a seven-course German culinary delight.
